Are you a skilled Internal Channels Manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced professional to drive our internal communications channel strategy and operations.

About the Job:

This is a 9-12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with an estimated salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practice standards for internal communications channels.
  • Partner with our Workplace Technology team to define business requirements for all internal communications digital platforms.
  • Lead on driving improvements across existing channels and simplifying our channel matrix based on our FY25 internal comms priorities.
  • Manage our measurement and reporting process and dashboards to help drive improvement across all content and channels.

What You'll Need:

  • You have experience managing internal communication channels and platforms, including but not limited to: Out-of-the-box intranet productsKnowledge management platformsEmail marketing toolsContent management systemsDigital management and operational tools.
  • You are experienced in internal communications (specifically) and understand how a great digital strategy can improve the employee experience.
