Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at PartsPlus. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth within assigned territories.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand customer relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about competitor activity
  • Collaborate with Centre Managers to set sales targets and develop action plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through regular face-to-face visits and effective communication
  • IDentify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of territory-specific sales strategies

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers
  • You have a basic understanding of computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
