We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 1st Line IT Support Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, responding to their queries, and resolving their technical issues. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all support interactions and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a strong understanding of computer hardware and software. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
