Job Description:

As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support to our client's squad. This role is crucial in driving quality and maintaining professional communications within agreed timescales.

About the Role:

This contract opportunity offers competitive daily rates of £200-£250 (inside IR35 via umbrella). The contract length is 6 months, providing a stable and secure working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and in our client's City Centre office, conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Deansgate train station and Deansgate-Castlefield tram station.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the squad, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Contribute to the success of our client's team, supporting the Squad Lead and Lead Analysts in maintaining professional communications.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in the Telecommunication industry is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in incident and problem management, change management, and release & deployment management is required.
  • Desire to continuously develop and master ITIL fundamentals and Agile methodologies is highly valued.
