Contract IT Helpdesk Professional

This is a unique opportunity for a Contract IT Helpdesk Professional to join our client's team in Manchester City Centre.

Salary: £200 - £250 per day (inside IR35 via umbrella)

The successful candidate will work on a 2-day onsite presence and provide technical support to the squad, contributing to their success and sustainability.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Base articles to support the team.
  • Provide critical technical support and contribute to driving quality and maintaining professional communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Telcommunications industry background with experience in incident and problem management, change management, and release & deployment management.
  2. Proficiency in ITIL fundamentals and Agile methodologies.
