Helpdesk Planning Specialist

Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating workflow from the Helpdesk and Maximo processes, linking into the Operational Planned Maintenance Team. Your duties will include client call handling, creation of faults on the CMMS, and support for the CAFM system operated at the site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning and coordination roles
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and Maximo processes
