Join Our Team as a Helpdesk Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Stockport. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via phone and on-site visits. This is a great opportunity to work with assistive technology and make a real difference in people's lives.

Salary & Benefits
GBP32,000 per annum, plus bonus, car allowance, pension, 28 days holiday and additional package benefits.

Your Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone and on-site visits
Install and configure assistive technology systems for customers
Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal functionality
Collaborate with management to resolve any operational issues
Carry out administrative tasks as required

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of assistive technology systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professionalism and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
