Vertu Motors Hereford TPS is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our TPS Centre in achieving business targets and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment, with a passion for providing a great customer service experience and the automotive industry.
The role will involve ensuring the Centre targets and business objectives are achieved, translating overall sales targets into departmental targets, and creating a customer-centric culture in the business.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, with a high degree of IT literacy and a proficient user of MS Office.
