About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Growth Specialist to support our team in identifying new business opportunities and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and meeting team revenue targets.
  • Support the team in building a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound calls and market research.
  • Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.

Location: Based in our Hereford office, with occasional travel across the UK for events and client meetings when not on Teams.
