Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Employee Relations Management: Manage and resolve employee relations matters.
  • Performance Appraisal System: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a HR Manager within a SME environment, working autonomously managing all HR matters independently.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.

Salary: £50-55,000 per annum.
