Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Talent and Organisational Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and advising the business on all elements of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll, learning and development, reward, and people policy.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as location and qualifications.

You will work closely with the Strategic People Business Partner to develop and lead HR initiatives, influence wider company projects, and ensure people are front and centre.

In addition, you will have experience of leadership development, ideally with a coaching qualification and experience, previous progressive HR experience, and a focus on organisational development including managing consultations.
