This temporary/contract position offers a chance to work with a leading recruitment agency and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.

You will be successful in this role if you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of this position include:

  • Coordinating training programs to enhance the skills of recruitment staff
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and engage candidates
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth and revenue
