Fusion Energy Administration Position

Join our team as a skilled administrator to support the People & Culture Department at UKAEA Culham, Oxfordshire.

This is a full-time opportunity that involves supporting the delivery of key initiatives and projects within the department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in an administrative role.

About the Role:
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, document management, and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the day-to-day activities of the People & Culture Department.
  2. Coordinate meetings and events, and provide administrative support to the department.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures.
