Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Evotec.

About the Role:

  • Manage a wide range of maintenance contracts to ensure services are fit for purpose and explore opportunities to integrate contracts with other parts of the business.
  • Develop Monthly KPI's and metrics to monitor performance of both internal and external resources to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply of site services at all times.
  • Co-ordinate movement of people and services to support the ever-evolving needs of customers and the business, whilst ensuring that constraints and opportunities are explored and understood, to optimise resources and facilitate the 'strategic best fit'.
  • Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance regime, ensuring all FM services (hard & soft) fulfil lease obligations and ensure Statutory and EHS compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with Projects Manager to deliver growth, compliance and Sustainability related projects.
  • As Facilities SME, ensure through regular review and appraisal that appropriate training and coaching is in place for the team to meet both their development needs and those of the business.
