About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Project Administrator to join our team at LPA Lighting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our lighting solutions to clients across the UK and EMEA regions.

Your primary focus will be on managing the warehouse facility, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of orders. You will work closely with our Project Coordination Team to allocate stock for specific projects, receive and check stock against purchase orders, and undertake work orders as directed.

In addition to your warehouse responsibilities, you will also support the Project Coordination function, handle freight forwarding and customs documentation, and participate in stock take activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 12 months of experience working in a similar position, with exceptional time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also need experience in the movement of goods within the UK and internationally.

As a team player, you will be able to juggle competing tasks, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
