About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Project Administrator to join our team at LPA Lighting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our lighting solutions to clients across the UK and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely manner
  • Allocating stock for specific projects and preparing for client call-offs
  • Receiving and checking stock against purchase orders, working closely with the Project Coordination Team
  • Undertaking work orders and modifications as directed by the Project Coordinator and Designer
  • Preparing samples for clients and sales colleagues
  • Participating in stock take activities
  • Supporting the Project Coordination function and handling freight forwarding and customs documentation
  • Assisting with procurement activities and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 12 months of experience in a similar role, with exceptional time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience in the movement of goods within the UK and internationally.
