Warehouse Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Project Administrator to join our team at LPA Lighting. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our lighting solutions to clients across the UK and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely manner
  • Allocating stock for specific projects in readiness for client call-off
  • Receiving in stock, checking quantities and details against Purchase Orders, working with the relevant Project Coordinator
  • Undertaking work orders (modification of stock) as directed and supervised by the relevant Project Coordinator and Designer
  • Participating in stock take activity
  • Supporting Project Coordination function
  • Handling all freight forwarding and customs documentation requirements for goods, both inbound and outbound in a cost-effective manner
  • Supporting in procurement activities
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organized
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months prior experience working in a similar position
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, excellent communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to juggle competing tasks
