Laboratory Asset Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Asset Specialist to join our team at Immunocore. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory facilities and equipment.
About the Role:
As a Laboratory Asset Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering maintenance support services to laboratories, their equipment and infrastructure. You will work closely with our Facilities Director to develop new policies and ideas to improve our operations. Your responsibilities will include direct line management of resources associated with delivery, staff management, development and support. You will also collaborate with contractors to ensure all scientific equipment related 'contractors' are booked in for all repairs and maintenance to all machines and building infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert and accountable for the delivery maintenance support services to laboratories, their equipment and infrastructure.
- Ownership of the laboratory CAFM system, human resources and associated other asset management systems.
- Direct line management of the resources associated with delivery, in terms of staff management, development and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ,
- Degree calibre.
- Expert in MS Excel.
- Demonstratable ability to use IT systems specifically around data capture and scheduling.
- FM qualification (D).
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
