About the Role

As a Scientific Research Assistant at Convatec's Oxford facility, you'll play a vital role in enabling laboratory operations to function efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining lab equipment to ensure optimal quality and performance.
  • Managing records and administrative processes to support smooth laboratory operations.
  • Collaborating with teams to conduct lab-testing, develop methodologies, and maintain databases.
Key Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a regulatory environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and communicate effectively with team members.
Desired Skills

While not essential, experience with Python coding and working within an eQMS would be beneficial in this role.
