Construction and Asset Management Lead

We are looking for an experienced Construction and Asset Management Lead to join our team at PropertyWeek4Jobs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme or project management, with knowledge of a broad range of techniques including the RIBA plan of work.
The Construction and Asset Management Lead will be responsible for managing large-scale construction projects in the Construction and Asset Management team, ensuring effective procurement and monitoring of technical and build suppliers while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and financial management.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £48,530 per year, with opportunities for pay increases after six months or the following April. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous career-average pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and a range of wellbeing resources and activities.
Main Responsibilities- To manage large-scale, high-profile construction projects through the recognised RIBA stages.
- To identify and implement service and budget efficiencies across the corporate landlord function.
- To set principles, policies and standards for the governance of projects.
- To lead key projects and reviews in the specialist areas of construction and asset management.
