We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Trainee to join our team at Heidelberg Materials Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Construction Management Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.

Our comprehensive training program includes attaining your Mineral Products Technician Higher Apprenticeship (Level 5) and NVQ Level 4 in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE4). You will also gain hands-on experience applying what you learn in real-world scenarios, contributing to ongoing projects and site operations.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,960 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £1,200 and completion bonus of £3,000.

Requirements:

  • At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science.
  • A full UK driving license is required (or must be obtained before the start of the programme).
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to relocate during the programme to maximise learning opportunities.
