The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success and Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, delivering exceptional support, and driving customer loyalty. Your expertise in customer success, technical writing, and project management will enable you to lead on creating high-quality content, analyzing customer data, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback from all channels is effectively communicated to Product, Engineering, or Commercial teams.
- Analyse customer data to provide insights on trends, opportunities, and risks, driving business decisions with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, collaborating with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
- Lead the creation of a comprehensive technical library of quality information to empower customers to self-serve.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, or Product Marketing.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality content across multiple formats and platforms in a B2B software environment.
- Community management experience with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience in project/programme management a plus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, coupled with a strong execution focus and ability to deliver across various content formats.
- Commercial acumen, with a talent for data analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within customer interactions and reporting to the business.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, annual training allowance, and access to professional development opportunities.
