We are looking for a highly skilled Transformation Leadership Professional to lead our construction projects, focusing on asset transformation and management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead large-scale construction projects through RIBA stages, ensuring effective procurement and technical monitoring.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to improve service efficiencies across corporate landlord functions.
  • Establish project principles, policies, and standards for governance, assuring timescales, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Drive key projects and reviews in construction and asset management, ensuring policy implementation and compliance.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record in programme or project management (MSP, Prince 2, APM, Agile).
  • Strong understanding of Local Government working environments and decision-making processes.
  • Minimum two years' experience managing projects in property, asset management, or construction.
