Director of Care Services

We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Care Services to lead our team at Abingdon Campus. As an Executive Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with a focus on long-term care. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

This role requires a Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, as well as management experience. A minimum of 3 years' experience in long-term care is preferred, along with a High school diploma and Bachelor's degree. VA Medication Certification Course is also preferred.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000/year
