Leadership Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee afternoon warehouse operation
• Manage team performance and duties
• Organize and motivate staff to optimize output
• Support team leaders and management to improve processes
• Complete daily reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure services are delivered within specified deadlines

Requirements:
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Warehouse and managerial experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers, including Excel
• Ability to motivate others and manage challenging situations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
