About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sourcing Manager in executing strategic supply chain and sourcing initiatives. This includes analysing market trends, identifying new suppliers, and negotiating contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and implement market and sourcing strategies to optimise cost and quality.
  • IDentify and source new suppliers that enhance cost efficiency and service levels.
  • Source additional suppliers to strengthen supply chain resilience.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to exit underperforming suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs (cost, quality, and delivery) to enhance performance.
