Sports Facilities Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our sports facilities team at Abingdon School.

This role involves leading the day-to-day operations of our sports facilities, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services and provide excellent customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of sports facilities, focusing on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Strategy development to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team leadership and mentoring to develop team members' skills and abilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sports management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Relevant degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
