Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager at Hireful, you will be responsible for managing large-scale, high-profile construction projects through the recognised RIBA stages. This involves effective procurement and monitoring of technical and build suppliers while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and financial management.

We are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in property, asset management or construction to lead key projects and reviews in these specialist areas. You will drive implementation of new policy, procedures, and standards to ensure effective improvement and compliance within services undergoing transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a Programme or Project Management Qualification such as MSP, Prince 2, APM, Agile etc, and knowledge of a broad range of programme and project management techniques including the RIBA plan of work. They will also have two years' experience managing projects in property, asset management or construction, and contract management skills - the ability to monitor and manage supplier performance.

Awareness of the Local Government working environment and decision-making processes is also essential. The successful candidate will hold a Professional qualification, or working toward, in a property, facilities or construction related discipline, such as IWFM, RICS, CIOB. Recognised Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH general certificate is also required.
