Intensive Care Neonatologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Neonatologist to join our team in the tertiary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering neonatology skills, working collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams. They will be responsible for the full range of neonatal care, including Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Intensive Care Neonatologist in a leading NHS trust. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in the tertiary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Maternity Unit. You will be part of a highly regarded team within an expanding neonatal intensive care service.

As an Intensive Care Neonatologist, you will be expected to provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will also be involved in teaching and training junior medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality patient care in the tertiary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Maternity Unit
  • Working collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver neonatal care
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives

The estimated salary for this position is £130,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
