Hutcheon Mearns Ltd is a renowned global oil services company seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and workshop payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Tasks:- Process monthly payrolls, ensuring timely payments and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including tax, NI, and other deductions, benefits, and pension schemes.
- Prepare and analyze payroll data to identify trends, variances, and budget/forecast discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for payroll expenses.
- Submit required payroll documents to HMRC, adhering to deadlines.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hourly payroll management, and possess excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary Information:The estimated annual salary for this role is £42,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
