Global Sales Lead

Salary: £57,500 - £62,500 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in travel sales or luxury sales environments with a strong background in conservation and sustainable travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for empowering team members to achieve their goals, analyzing sales data, and organizing group training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, extensive knowledge of Africa's tourism industry, and strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
