Job Description

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in placing talented professionals with prestigious clients. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our client, a provider of long-term stay accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • IDentify and target new business opportunities and corporate clients through effective research and networking.
  • BuilD and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a senior role in hospitality or long-term stays.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage sales data and communicate effectively with the team.
  • The ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
