Global Sales Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Director to join our team at Insight Select. As a key member of our customer success portfolio, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through innovative sponsorship acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales prospecting and hunting for marketing contacts within targeted companies
  • Reaching out via calls and emails to understand exec's objectives, targets, and goals
  • MATCHING events, reports, webinars, and content syndication programs to help them achieve their aims
  • Manage a portfolio of conferences to generate new business and create value propositions
  • Effectively map the market and connect with key decision-makers to identify business needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B selling experience
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Full life-cycle sales experience with a real hunter mentality
  • Strong telephone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Personal development-focused with a desire to drive sales growth
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £120,000 OTE in the first year, increasing to £150,000 in the second year, and £200,000+ in the third year
