Role Overview

The Global Sales Director is a strategic leadership position responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy and operations across TSL's institutional investor audience. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales and account management team, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth globally for institutional investors.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Establish sales goals, quotas, and targets for the region.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and account management team globally across London/NYC/HK.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the global institutional investor audience, specifically hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers, private banks, family offices etc.
  • Strong understanding of macro/investment research and how institutional investors use it to influence investment decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $200,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
