Global Mental Health Research Lead

About the Role
">This position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful research in global mental health, leveraging expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. As Global Mental Health Research Lead, you will oversee the development of custom research reports for clients, ensuring actionable insights that inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive research studies addressing client objectives and needs
- Lead client liaison for research-focused projects, fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality results
- Manage a small team of researchers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure project success
- Contribute to sales and business development efforts, securing new client projects and expanding Prospira Global's research offerings
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Master's degree in a relevant social science field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in social research or consulting, with a focus on analyst, consultant, and management roles
- Expertise in mixed-methods research, including data analysis and research design
- Exceptional client management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
- Strong leadership and initiative, with experience managing diverse teams and multiple client projects
What We Offer
