Global Sales and Partnerships Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business sales, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Your primary focus will be on value-based selling, leveraging our world-class events and market-leading digital tools to help customers achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with our sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
A successful Account Manager will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients. If you have a proven track record in sales and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing, returning, and new accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Articulate media inventory and products across video channels and websites, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory
- Monitor industry trends, competition, climate, and issues to inform sales strategies for specific events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the event, sponsorship, and digital media industries
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
