About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Assistant to join our team at dentsu. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our offices and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in ensuring a high level of service delivery experience through the operation of mailroom services and other facilities-related tasks.
  • Contribute to the performance of the Facilities department and its ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Proactively report maintenance and Health & Safety issues as part of routine inspections.
  • Ensure dentsu Facilities procedures, policies, and systems are implemented and reviewed to meet business objectives.
  • Support security policies through clear desk policy implementation, laptop security, and spare key management.
  • Procure goods and services in line with budget, including stationery and office supplies, security consumables, and off-site archiving.
  • Support the Front of House team with meeting room requirement set-ups through continuous and proactive engagement.
  • Maintenance and delivery of dentsu poster communications policy throughout the building.
  • Continuously support a safe environment for employees and visitors by having regard for all Health and Safety legislation and dentsu Policy and Procedures.
  • Promote dentsu Policy and Procedures by undertaking new starter Health and Safety inductions and assessments.
  • Undertake various H&S checks throughout the building, including weekly floor walks, reporting on slips, trips, and hazards.
  • Provide multi-skilled cover and support for the Facilities Helpdesk and Front of House teams when necessary.
  • Deliver quality mailroom services by meeting all appropriate SLAs and delivering a consistent service that exceeds customer expectations.

About You:

We are looking for a self-starter with strong eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to innovate and consider improved ways of working. You should have a good understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
