Location: HCA Cancer Network facilities, with occasional travel to other locations
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader in security operations to spearhead our security strategy, ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, facilities, and data. As the Head of Security Operations, you will lead our comprehensive security program, working across all HCA Cancer Network facilities. This is a key role that requires a strong leader who can develop and implement incident response plans, manage complex security operations, and lead teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that integrates physical security technologies, life safety protocols, emergency response plans, and visitor management.
- Drive collaboration with executive leaders, facility teams, and external partners to ensure smooth, secure operations across our facilities.
- Serve as the go-to expert on physical security, risk management, and compliance, maintaining the trust and safety of our staff, clinical teams, and patients.
- Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and team training to ensure our security measures are robust, agile, and always evolving.
Requirements:
- A security professional with 10+ years of experience in security management, military, law enforcement, or information security.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to develop and implement incident response plans, manage complex security operations, and lead teams.

- A skilled communicator capable of aligning security strategies with the goals of various stakeholders, ensuring patient and colleague safety is paramount.
