Key Responsibilities:- **Overall Security Strategy:** Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Risk Management:** Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the company's assets, employees, and operations.
- **Security Operations:** Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including security personnel management, security systems, and emergency response planning.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and risk management.
- **Team Management:** Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- **Communication:** Communicate security and risk management information to senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- **Budget Management:** Manage the security budget, ensuring effective use of resources and allocation of funds.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security management, business administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 6 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record of success in leading security teams and managing security operations.
- **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team. Proven proficiency in security management systems, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
- **Certifications:** Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP or CISM.
