At Gray Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Practitioner to join our team in the Lincoln area.

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to an individual living independently in their own home, receiving around-the-clock care. Our service user enjoys gardening, cooking, and socialising, so we encourage applicants who share similar interests.

This role involves implementing detailed care plans, conducting risk assessments, and supporting our service user with complex health needs and learning disabilities.

We require experience working in mental health, ideally with individuals with Schizophrenia, as well as skills in providing encouragement and support. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.55 per hour, paid on time every week. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
