Mental Health Support Worker in Lincoln

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and support to those in need? We're seeking a skilled Female Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll work closely with an individual living in Lincoln, developing personalized support plans to promote their well-being and independence.
Key responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, managing behavior, and facilitating community engagement. With a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork, we're looking for someone who can build trust and rapport with our service user and colleagues alike.
The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with Personality Disorder, Mental Health, and Autism. A competitive salary of £14.18 per hour (including sleep-in payments) reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care.
Please note that we do not provide VISA sponsorship, and relocation is not possible. You must be currently based in or around the Lincoln area and able to commute regularly.
