Mental Health Support Worker Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Female Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with clients who have Personality Disorder, Mental health, and Autism.

About the Position:
  • This position involves delivering high-quality support to clients with complex needs, maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes client well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to clients with diverse backgrounds and needs
  2. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  3. Prioritize client well-being and safety above all else
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience in mental health support work or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.18 per hour for day shifts and £10.00 per hour for sleep ins
