Overview

Making Space is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support services, empowering individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team at Lincolnshire Respite Service - Swallow Lodge.

With a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care, administering medication, conducting security checks, and assisting with domestic tasks.

Job Description:

Your evenings and nights will be filled with meaningful support, enabling individuals to reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Skills:

While prior industry experience is not necessary, you will be supported with on-the-job training and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
