We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an evening caregiver. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Salary: $14.00-$16.00 per hourJob Summary:

This is a full-time/part-time position that involves providing various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care. You will assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide homemaking services such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with eating and ambulation
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
  • Perform patient-specific activities taught by supervisor
  • Reinforce dressings and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
  • Measure and prepare special diets
  • Perform homemaking activities, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
  • Dementia care experience preferred
