**Job Title:** Complex Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with complex needs to live independently and access the local community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Teaching independent living skills to enable individuals to live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting individuals to engage in community-based activities such as swimming, social activities, and leisure pursuits
  • Helping individuals to develop new hobbies and interests
  • Assisting with household tasks, budgeting, and shopping

Requirements:

  • Able to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs is ideal, but not essential as full training will be provided
