About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Sage Care Limited. As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Assist customers with their medication and provide support with daily living tasks.
  • Help customers with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
  • Work closely with our care team to develop and implement individual care plans.

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
  • You must be resilient and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with our customers and their families.
