We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join our team in the Specialist Palliative Care Inpatient Unit. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex symptom management needs, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, holistic end-of-life care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing expert care to patients with complex symptom management needs

  • Supporting patients and their families through the end-of-life journey

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
  • Recent experience in acute or palliative care nursing
