Palliative Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Specialist Palliative Care Inpatient Unit team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with complex symptom management needs, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic end-of-life care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist palliative care to patients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality care
- Support patients and their families with symptom management and end-of-life care
Requirements:
- Current registration with the NMC
- Recent experience in acute or palliative care nursing
Contract Details:
- Permanent contract
- 37.5 hours per week worked over a 7-day rota, including rotation to nights
