Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to provide various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care. The selected candidate will assist patients with activities of daily living, promoting their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Assist patients with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and other daily activities
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
- Perform patient-specific activities as taught by supervisor
- Reinforce dressings and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Perform homemaking activities, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation
- Dementia care experience preferred
- Full-Time or Part-Time
