We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Overseeing medication and providing support with daily tasks
  • Preparing and cooking meals, as well as assisting with light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients on errands, such as food shopping and appointments

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
